Engine power and torque measurement is an essential part of our work:

by measuring engine power, we can detect many technical problems more easily
we can clearly see the difference before and after ECU remapping or other technical work
by simulating real road load conditions, we can safely diagnose key vehicle systems without leaving the workshop

Dyno testing is not only for tuned vehicles:

it can be used to check how much power the engine produces after repairs, for example after turbocharger repair
it can verify the results of software tuning performed elsewhere
a chassis dyno helps detect petrol engine knock / detonation and the exact conditions under which it appears
power measurement can show how failing emissions-related components affect engine power and torque
it allows us to test the efficiency of the intake air cooling system by measuring power in different temperature conditions
